MEET THE CRECHE TEAM

Jackie Bostanci - Creche Team Leader

Miss Jackie has been with Toadhall Montessori for over 26 years and has worked extensively, with all age ranges, across both creche and nursery settings. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day leadership and management of Creche and Nursery. She also monitors the quality of care and education within the organisation.

Jackie is also responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety including staff training, the Small Healthy Workplace programme and the CHASPS programme.

Jackie is primarily based in the office at Creche and leads the Creche team, along with supporting her Creche Deputy Team Leaders, in their leadership and management roles. Jackie also provides mentoring and coaching for all staff.

Louise Brooks - Creche Deputy Team Leader / Senior Keyworker

Miss Louise has been with Toadhall Montessori for 10 years and has gained her CCLD Level 3 and CCLD Level 4 (now equivalent to CCLD Level 5). Louise has completed the 10-Day Art of Leadership course and the 8 session in house training in Leadership and Management. Louise is the Senior Keyworker in the ‘Baby Nest’. Louise has extensive knowledge, understanding and experience of working with babies and toddlers.

Sarah Davies - Creche Deputy Team Leader /Senior Keyworker

Miss Sarah joined the Toadhall Montessori team in 2017, having gained her CCLD Level 2. Whilst with us, she has achieved her CCLD Level 3 and has gained experience of the full age range from birth to 8 years. She has also completed the in house leadership and management programme. Sarah is currently completing her Level 5 in Children’s Care learning and development. Sarah is Creche Deputy Team Leader and works with Miss Esther in the Tiddlers group.

Alisha Hardacre - Senior Key Worker

Miss Alisha has been at Toadhall Montessori for eight years. She has gained her CCLD Level 3 and recently completed her CCLD Level 5. She has also achieved the ILM Level 2 in Leadership & Management. Alisha has also completed the 10-Day Art of Leadership programme and the in-house 8 session Leadership and Management programme. She has also completed the additional module in Leadership and Management, to enhance her CCLD Level 5 qualification. She is Senior Keyworker for the Otters group and supports the children and parents during the ‘transition’ to nursery.

Esther Atabong – Assistant Deputy Leader/Senior Keyworker

Miss Esther has been employed at Toadhall Montessori for 10 years and has gained her CCLD Level 3. She has extensive experience in working with the younger children at creche. Miss Esther is currently working as Assistant Deputy Leader, supporting both Miss Louise and Miss Sarah in their Deputy Leader roles. Esther is also Senior Keyworker in the Tiddlers group, working with Miss Sarah.

Abigail Lloyd – Keyworker

Miss Abi has gained her level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and has been at Toadhall for over 4 years. She has extensive experience in working with the youngest of children in creche and supports Miss Louise in the Baby Nest.

Olivia Jago – Keyworker

Miss Olivia joined the Toadhall Montessori team in September 2020 and has gained her Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. She has gained extensive experience working with all age ranges .She supports Miss Alisha in the Otters group.
