As stated in our Arrival and Collection Policy, all children must arrive at Creche, Nursery, Breakfast Club or Holiday Academy ,no later than 9.30 am for the morning session, as constant interruption by the arrival of parents and children is not conducive to a relaxed, settled Montessori environment and causes much disruption.
Children attending the Holiday Academy, will also be going out every day for activities, so late arrivals, will disrupt the activity programme.
Additionally, children must be collected on time at the end of all sessions. This is necessary to ensure the correct child/staff ratios are maintained, at the end of the day.
Any child who is collected late will be charged £25.00 for every 15 minutes or part of 15 minutes.
NB: – During the Covid-19 pandemic parents are requested to pick up at least 15 minutes BEFORE the end of the afternoon session, to allow for staff to complete a deep clean and fogging of all areas. This is in line with our Covid-19 Risk Assessment and Site Operational Procedures (RASOPS),as required by Welsh Government Control Measures for Childcare Settings.
